What are farmers doing to ensure they are Covid safe?
All Victorian businesses are required to have a COVIDSafe Plan in place.
On farm COVIDSafe Plans must demonstrate:
actions to help prevent the introduction of coronavirus (COVID-19) to the workplace
the type of face mask or personal protective equipment (PPE) the workforce is required to wear
how they will prepare for, and respond to, a suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19) in their workplace
Businesses must review and update their COVIDSafe Plans regularly, especially when restrictions or public health advice change. Organisations with multiple worksites must complete a COVIDSafe Plan for each worksite.
